Psychic Dreams

Have you ever had a dream that felt more than just a dream?

Maybe you dreamt of a  relative who had passed, had a dream that came true, or woke up with a feeling of your dream so vivid it lingered all day. If so, you may have experienced a psychic dream — one of the most mysterious and magical ways Spirit communicates with us.

As a psychic medium, I often tell clients that sleep is one of the easiest times for Spirit to communicate with us.  When our conscious mind rests, our inner senses — especially intuition — are free to open wide.

So What Are Psychic Dreams Anyways?

Psychic dreams go beyond our usual nighttime stories. They’re vivid, emotionally charged, and often carry symbols, visitations, or warnings that have real-life meaning. These dreams might include:

  • Messages from loved ones in Spirit

  • Glimpses of future events

  • Symbolic insights into a current situation

  • Answers to a question you’ve been carrying

Unlike regular dreams that fade quickly, psychic dreams tend to stay with you. You feel the truth in them.

How Spirit Uses Dreams to Speak

Spirit often chooses dreams to communicate because our defenses are down. We’re more receptive, more open. In dreamtime, the veil between worlds thins, and we become more receptive and open to receiving dreams with messaes.

Here are a few types of psychic dreams people experience:

  1. Visitation Dreams

A loved one who has crossed over appears in the dream to comfort, guide, or simply let you know they’re okay. These dreams feel incredibly real — and often leave you with a deep sense of peace.

  2. Precognitive Dreams

These dreams offer a glimpse into something that hasn’t happened yet. You might dream of an event, conversation, or decision that hasn't happened yet— and days or weeks later, it comes to pass.

  3. Symbolic Dreams

Spirit may use symbols to communicate .  For instance, dreaming of a bridge may represent a connection between two phases in your life, or  perhaps it is a message that you will be able to move past obstacles in your life.

  4. Healing Dreams

These dreams help you process grief, trauma, or unresolved emotions. Spirit may help you release what no longer serves you — often in subtle but powerful ways.

How Can You Recognize a Psychic Dream

Experts in the field of neuroscience and psychology are still  conducting experiments to discover what dreams are and why we dream.  Though studies are inconclusive, we can say there are dreams that are actually psychic.

Here is how you can tell

  • You feel the dream is significant

  • The emotions are intense and meaningful

  • You remember details vividly, even long after waking

  • There’s a sense of “this was a message”

Keep a dream journal by your bed. Write down what you remember as soon as you wake up. The more you practice this , the more you will remember your dreams.  Over time, patterns WILL emerge — and Spirit’s messages become clearer.

You Are Naturally Psychic

Everyone has intuitive gifts. Psychic dreams are just one way yours may be waking up. Spirit will always find a way to reach you — especially when you’re ready to listen.
